Pendomonium 2021
Pendomonium is Pendo’s annual user conference, and for the 2021 edition, the event was held at Red Hat Amphitheater in downtown Raleigh. Due to COVID restrictions, the conference was reimagined with an outdoor music festival theme, offering a fresh and exciting experience for attendees. Through a series of brand activations, Pendo achieved high levels of attendee interaction and engagement, making this year’s Pendomonium one of the most memorable yet.
As part of the brand team, I contributed to the ideation and production of event collateral, ensuring that the visual elements aligned with the vibrant, festival-like atmosphere. One of my key contributions was producing Pendomonium video content, which was shared across social media platforms to capture the excitement of the event and extend its reach beyond the attendees.
The process involved capturing b-roll footage of the event, including scenes of the venue, interactions at various activations, and interviews with users at the How I Pendo activation wall. In post-production, I curated the video clips, selected the soundtrack to match the energetic vibe of the event, and designed motion graphics. The final sizzle reel and How I Pendo interview clips were used to promote the event’s success and keeping the momentum alive across Pendo’s social channels.
