How I Pendo Video Series
How I Pendo showcases the innovative ways customers use Pendo to solve problems, providing inspiration and practical guidance for our user base. The microsite serves as an ever-growing repository of customer stories, featuring use cases for Pendo's guides, analytics, and feedback products. Through video content, testimonials, and product shots, it highlights the creative strategies of a wide range of personas—going beyond the typical focus on Product Managers.

The marketing team needed to expand our library of self-serve video content, covering use cases for a broader audience beyond just Product Managers. Rather than simply telling customers what Pendo can do, we wanted to show them—through interviews and real-world examples from other Pendo users, complemented by product visuals.

The primary goals were to:
Create a resource hub where customers could find inspiration and practical advice directly from peers
Increase the volume of video content available on the site
Design a scalable platform that could accommodate a growing library of stories and categories
Integrate our refreshed visual identity into the site’s design
Produce content that could be leveraged across multiple channels (blog, social, paid ads, sales, etc.)

As the sole multimedia designer on the project, I managed all aspects of video production from concept to execution. The four-week timeline was tight and involved parallel work on interviews, story writing, video editing, site design, and development. To stay on track, we held bi-weekly meetings for status updates, goal-setting, and reviewing wireframes and iterations. Given the fast-paced nature of the project, I quickly developed a video template for consistency and created a detailed guide for each interviewee on how to achieve the best recording quality from home.
