Axcient’s MSP Xperience Lounge is a monthly livestream series that brings together thought leaders to discuss emerging trends in the MSP space. To further cement Axcient's position as an industry innovator, we launched the limited-edition MSP Xperience Game Changers video podcast—designed to amplify our brand perception and share expert insights on cutting-edge topics.

The message:

Through this ecosystem of thought leadership content, Axcient continues to shape the conversation around MSP trends. These series not only offer valuable insights but also establish Axcient's unique perspective on technology and innovation within the MSP space. By featuring prominent thought leaders, each episode tackles timely and relevant industry topics in a one-on-one format.

Process:

I played a key role in producing these video series virtually. I guided our content manager on how to work with each guest to ensure optimal filming setups, offering guidance on lighting, camera positioning, and overall video quality. Prior to my involvement, the series was recorded via Zoom, which posed limitations in terms of video and audio quality.

To enhance production value, I recommended using Restream for live streaming the sessions directly to Axcient’s social platforms. This allowed us to maintain high-quality video and audio while also incorporating live motion graphics, elevating the overall viewer experience. After each livestream, I handled post-production editing to refine the videos, which were then published on Axcient’s YouTube channel for wider accessibility and engagement.
