Axcient MSP Xperience Website Redesign
Brief:
Axcient’s Community Team was publishing their events across multiple platforms, including HubSpot and Cvent. Attendees were expressing the need for a single, centralized location to access all Axcient events in one place.
Objective:
The goal was to create a unified web hub where users could easily find Axcient events, as well as access related thought leadership and community resources. We aimed to modernize the design and refresh the user experience to align with Axcient’s established reputation in the MSP space. The new site also needed to reflect updated branding and provide a distinct visual identity for MSP Xperience, a sub-brand created to differentiate Axcient’s events from the parent brand.
Process:
I worked closely with our web developer to redesign the event hub, incorporating direct feedback from marketing leadership. Key elements of the redesign included:
Branding: I established the visual identity for MSP Xperience to give Axcient’s events a unique look and feel, while still maintaining cohesion with the Axcient brand.
UI: We focused on creating a clean, modern layout that made event information easy to navigate. This included a streamlined content structure, intuitive event search features, and clear calls-to-action.
Graphic Assets: New graphic elements and visual assets were developed to align with the updated Axcient branding, ensuring a polished and professional experience for visitors.
Through this collaboration, we successfully created a more engaging, user-friendly platform that both enhanced the attendee experience and showcased Axcient’s commitment to innovation and community engagement.
